Emergency Relief Initiative: United in Support for Disaster-Affected Communities

On the afternoon of March 28, 2025, central Myanmar experienced a devastating earthquake, resulting in widespread destruction across several regions, including Mandalay and Sagaing. This tragic event has left countless individuals and families in urgent need of assistance. Recognizing the gravity of this situation, the Myanmar University of Science and Technology (MUST) team is committed to providing direct emergency relief and support to the affected communities.

As an initial response, essential items—including food, medicine, and other vital necessities—will be distributed to the most severely impacted areas in Sagaing Region.

Along with the MUST team, individuals or organizations wishing to contribute to this relief initiative are encouraged to donate via the payment channels provided below. The MUST team pledges to maintain full transparency by providing a detailed financial report for all contributions received. To ensure efficient management of resources and logistics, dedicated Finance and Logistics Teams will be formed for this relief response to oversee the collection, allocation, and distribution of donations. Moreover, transportation costs incurred during the relief efforts will be covered entirely by the MUST team.
