NDI provided a grant for monitoring the 2012 by-election. The NED has been giving grants since the founding of the school. YSPS also won a grant from DFID-funded Amatae Project at the British Council for organizational development; USIP supported the funding for Hate Speech Monitoring Project. YSPS has wide domestic networks of democratic political parties and CSOs and collaborations across Burma, including ethnic political parties.
